creamy fettuccine with asparagus

This is Creamy Fettuccine with Asparagus from Great Food Fast. 

This has a basic goat cheese sauce with grainy dijon. The recipe made enough for two nights and the second we poached eggs on top. We are quite often adding eggs to pastas like this because egg yolks make cream sauces creamier, add protein to meatless dishes and go well with ingredients such as asparagus, dill and dijon.
