This is Chorizo, Potato, and Egg Tacos with Salsa Picante from Everyday Food June 2011. Quite possibly one of the most econmical and in-a-pinch sort of dinners you could ever whip up.
This is a really neat Portuguese meets Mexican idea that works wonderfully. It reminds me of the sort of scrambles my mother-in-law came up with for quick dinners, but once it's paired with poblano peppers, corn tortillas and spicy salsa that makes it a really neat taco option.
