broccoli pasta with parmesan croutons

The September 2012 issue of Everyday Food magazine is available now, so I decided try the Broccoli Pasta with Parmesan Croutons.
This is a fairly straight forward pasta with minimal ingredients. The contrast in texture is neat. It took quite a while to refine the seasoning but once we nailed it it was great. Owen loved everything except the pasta - picking out the broccoli and croutons and leaving the shells.
